Maria Savina was a stage actress from the Russian Empire. She was a leading dramatic actress on the stage in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Maria Savina worked in the Imperial Alexandrinsky Theatre for nearly 40 years, from 1874 until her death. She was a prominent performer of title roles in plays by N.V. Gogol, I.S. Turgenev, A.N. Ostrovsky, L.N. Tolstoy, P.P. Gnedich, A.S. Suvorin, and others.
